ORME, Judge:

1 1 Defendant appeals from his convictions for automobile homicide, a second degree felony, see Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-207(8) (Supp.2011); reckless driving, a class B misdemeanor, see id. § 41-6a-528 (2010); and possessing an open container in a motor vehicle, a class C misdemeanor, see id. § 41-6a-526(8). 1 Defendant claims that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress; that he received ineffective assistance of counsel; and that the cumulative errors in the proceedings should undermine our confidence that he received a fair trial.
