The Plaintiff-Appellant, Eric Slone, acting as the liquidating agent of the Debtor, G & P Plastics, Inc. (“G & P”), appeals the entry of a summary judgment by the United States Bankruptcy Court in the Eastern District of Michigan in favor of the Defendant-Appellee, M2M International, Inc. (“M2M”).
