MEMORANDUM OPINION
GRADY, District Judge.
Before the court is defendant Lason Services, Inc.’s motion for summary judgment. For the reasons stated in this opinion, the defendant’s motion is granted.
BACKGROUND
The plaintiffs are a group of debtors 1 who allege that the various defendants engaged in a “phony attorney letter scheme” and violated various provisions of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”). 15 U.S.C. 1692, et seq.
