Background

Plaintiff Dr. Claudia Henschke is employed by The New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center (the “Hospital”) as a treating physician specializing in radiology and by Cornell University Medical School (“Cornell”) as a Professor of Radiology. Second Amended Complaint dated February 5, 1993 (the “Complaint”) ¶ 5.
