McKAY, Senior Judge:
On various dates during the months of September through December 1984 and January 1985, Lieutenant Colonel Poduszczak, the appellee, appeared before a general court-martial composed of officer members on one specification each of dereliction of duty, willfully signing false official records, larceny of some amount of demerol and one specification of wrongfully possessing and using demerol.
