“To the honorable the judge of the Fifth judicial district of Louisiana holding sessions of court in and for the parish of Jackson: The petition of the Tremont Lumber Company with respect represents: (1) That it is a corporation organized and chartered under the laws of the state of Louisiana, with its domicile at Tremont, in the parish of Lincoln and state of Louisiana, with Samuel J.
