A fund in the registry of the court below belonging to the Newport News & Mississippi Valley Company, a corporation of the state of Connecticut, is claimed by the appellant as receiver appointed under an order of a Connecticut court, and also by the appellees, who have attached the fund under the gar*594nishment statutes of Kentucky.
