Respondent, Ozoemena Maryrose Nwadike, was admitted to the Maryland Bar on 17 June 1992. On 1 May 2009, the Attorney Grievance Commission, acting through Bar Counsel, filed a Petition for Disciplinary or Remedial Action in which it asserted that Respondent violated several provisions of the Maryland Rules of Professional Conduct (“MRPC”) and a number of other rules and a statutory provision governing the practice of law through her prolonged pattern of mishandling and abuse of funds in her attorney trust account.
