OPINION

CHRISTOPHER ANTCLIFF, Justice.

Tavare Castillo attempts to appeal from an order of dismissal. Because the order is not a final judgment, we dismiss the appeal for lack of jurisdiction.

Procedural Background

Castillo was incarcerated by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) when he filed this suit. His original petition alleges that he was found guilty of a disciplinary infraction.
