OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

This matter is before the Court on the defendant’s motion for summary judgment seeking dismissal of the plaintiffs claim of sexual harassment in the workplace creating a hostile work environment. The claim is based on state law, and the Court has jurisdiction on the basis of diversity of citizenship. See 28 U.S.C. § 1332.
