MEMORANDUM
RAMBO, Chief Judge.
Before the court is the Industrial Solvent & Chemical Company (“ISCC”) Defendant group’s 1 motion to dismiss Plaintiffs’ first claim for relief. Plaintiffs 2 filed the instant action seeking, inter alia, to recover costs for the initial cleanup of the ISCC site pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 9607 (CERCLA § 107) and contribution pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 9613 (CERCLA § 118).
