This is an action brought by the appellee to recover hospital expenses of $433.29 under an insurance policy issued by the appellant. The plaintiff attempted to obtain service of process on the defendant under the Unauthorized Insurers Process Act. Ark. Stat. Ann. §§ 66-2903 to 66-2907 (ftepl. 1966). The defendant appeared specially to file a motion to quash the service, on the ground that the plaintiff had not complied with the statute.
