This is an action against a foreign insurance corporation, on a contract of accident insurance entered into in another state, with substituted service on the defendant corporation by summons served on the State Insurance Commissioner under the provisions of Ark. Stats. § 66-244. Defendant appeared specially to the jurisdiction, by a motion to be discussed hereinafter. The motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction was overruled.
