This is an appeal from a summary judgment quieting the title of Larry R. McCord, as Trustee of Peoples Loan & Investment Company,1 to certain lands in Washington County against appellants. Appellee cross-appealed from that part of the decree awarding judgment against appellee in favor of appellants B. B. and Lydia Booth for $828.50, the amount paid to the Commissioner of State Lands for deeds to the lands involved, after their forfeiture for nonpayment of the taxes for the year 1964.
