Plaintiff-Appellant/Cross-Appellee Royal Maccabees Life Insurance Company (“Royal”) appeals from a judgment on a jury verdict in favor of Defendant-Appel-lee/Cross-Appellant Dr. Stephen J. Cho-ren on a bad faith breach of insurance contract counterclaim. The jury awarded $425,000 in damages. Our jurisdiction arises under 28 U.S.C. § 1291, and we affirm.
