PORTERIE, District Judge.

We will consider first the motion filed by the defendants to dismiss the petition of complainant for the lack of jurisdiction.. The issue to be decided is whether or not' we have been presented with a federal question.

The complaint is by the four parents of children attending the Byrd High School of Shreveport, Louisiana, who are members-of national Greek-letter fraternities, chapters of which have been in public existence at this school for a number of years.
