ROGERS, Justice.
Miss Lillian Rathe, principal of the Metairie Grammar School in the Parish of Jefferson, was, on August 6, 1941, transferred to the position of teacher of history in the McDonogh Jefferson School which is situated in the City of Gretna across the Mississippi River from her home in New Orleans and from the Metairie Grammar School, where she was previously employed. The McDonogh Jefferson School had a student body composed of four pupils and a faculty composed of two principals.
