{¶ 1} Appellant, Thomas Brown, appeals from the judgment of the Summit County Court of Common Pleas that dismissed his complaint. This court affirms.

{¶ 2} Appellant filed suit against appellee, FirstEnergy Corp., on May 18, 2001. In his complaint, appellant alleged that he was constructively terminated because of his disability and that appellee had failed to provide a safe workplace by exposing appellant to secondhand cigarette smoke in the workplace.
