MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

YOUNG, District Judge.

The defendant, Century Bank (“Century”), has moved for dismissal of this contract/tort action arguing that the Court lacks personal jurisdiction in this matter. In the alternative, Century moves that the Court transfer the case to the District of Arizona pursuant to 28 U.S.C. sec. 1404. At a hearing on February 24, 1988, the Court ordered that the plaintiff, Home Owners Funding Corp. of America (“Home Owners”), amend its complaint to allege with specificity what misrepresentations it asserts that Century made to it.
