Appellant Todd Carlson appeals his conviction and sentence for second degree assault. Carlson contends that the juvenile court erred in finding that he committed second degree assault, assault with a deadly weapon, without making a finding of fact as to whether a BB gun is a deadly weapon. Carlson also contends that his sentencing should have been indefinitely stayed or the case dismissed for violation of his speedy disposition rights.
