On the 30th day of January, 1934, H. C. Stout suffered an injury as the result of a collision of an automobile owned and furnished by the company, in which he was driving, with a farm wagon on the highway between Shattuck and Gage, Okla. Claimant was employed by the Oklahoma Gas & Electric Company at a salary of $135 per month. His duties were lineman and local trouble man, and as such he worked with the town of Shattuck as his base of operations. He lives at Gage, Okla.
