MEMORANDUM & ORDER

GARAUFIS, District Judge.

On June 2, 2005, Magistrate Judge Po-horelsky issued a Report and Recommendation (“Report”) recommending that this court grant defendant Ulico Casualty Company’s (“Ulico”) motion for summary judgment in this action. The plaintiffs submitted a timely statement of objections to the Report, thereby requiring this court to make a de novo review of all portions of the Report to which the plaintiffs specifically objected. 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1); Fed.R.Civ.P. 72(b).
