This is an action for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiffs, Dennis and David Grummitt, while riding down a toboggan slide allegedly operated by the defendants. Defendants have moved for summary judgment dismissing the complaint because no notice of injury or complaint was served upon the defendant, Sturgeon Bay Winter Sports Club (hereinafter referred to as the “Club”), a non-stock corporation, as required by Section 330.19(5), Wis.Stats.
