DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION TO SET ASIDE DEFAULT

D. BROCK HORNBY, District Judge.

This motion presents two major issues: whether service of process was proper upon a corporation that, at the time of *210service, was dissolved; and if so, whether good cause exists to set aside a default entered against it. I conclude that service of process met Maine law standards, and that the corporation has failed to establish that there is “good cause” to set aside the default.
