I. INTRODUCTION

This employment discrimination case involves 1994 firings made by Dow Jones & Company, Inc. (“Dow Jones”) at their customer relations call center in Chicopee, Massachusetts. The plaintiffs, four call center employees all above the age of 45 at the time of them terminations, have sued Dow Jones under the age discrimination components of Massachusetts General Laws chapter 151B.
