Before the Court is Defendants Navier-as Puerto Rico (“NPR”), Holt Hauling & Warehousing Systems and NPR Holding Corp.’s motion for summary judgment. 1 Plaintiffs are Alfredo Aponte Diaz (“Aponte”), his wife Emma Diaz Molina, the conjugal partnership composed by them, and their daughter Frances Aponte Diaz. Aponte held the position of Buyer at NPR.
