On November 23, 2016, Plaintiffs Ursula Mayes, Eva Pepaj, Jaime Edmondson, Jaime Middleton, Jennifer Archuletta, Rachel Koren, Tiffany Toth, and Vida Guerra initiated this lawsuit. (Compl. (Dkt. 1).) Plaintiffs are professional models who state that they earn their livelihood selling their images to companies, magazines, and individuals for advertising purposes. (Id. ¶¶ 9-16, 19.)
