A. False Endorsement under § 43(A) of the Lanham Act
Section 43 of the Lanham Act prohibits the use of a protected mark in a way that is likely to cause consumer confusion "as to the origin, sponsorship, or approval of [defendants'] goods." 15 U.S.C. § 1125 (a)(1)(A).
