Morris v. Stone

This is an appeal from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas.

This action arises from a collision which occurred between an automobile operated by defendant and a bicycle operated by the minor plaintiff. The jury returned a general verdict for defendant and, in addition, answered four interrogatories submitted to them, finding that the de fendani was not negligent bnt that the minor plaintiff was negligent and such negligence was a proximate cause of plaintiff’s injuries.
