The plaintiff, William Nickerson, appeals from a decision of the Superior Court affirming the defendant board’s grant of a special permit to Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. (Wal-Mart), for an 85,000 square foot expansion to an existing 126,000 square foot Wal-Mart store located in the Raynham Woods Commerce Center, off Route 44 in Raynham.
