Fisher v. Hargrave

In December 1940, and January 1941, plaintiff had certain commodity transactions with Fuller, Rodney & Co., brokers, resulting in losses for which he sought an accounting from the copartnership of Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Beane, successors in interest of Merrill Lynch, E. A. Pierce & Cassatt, who took over some of the accounts of Fuller, Rodney & Co. upon their dissolution at the close of business April 30, 1941. Service of summons was had on Homer P.
