with whom SIMMS and SUMMERS, Justices, join, concurring in reversing summary judgment for the defendants and dissenting from directing summary judgment for the plaintiff.
I concur in today’s pronouncement only insofar as it concludes that summary judgment for both defendants (seller and lawyer) cannot stand; I dissent from the opinion’s direction that upon remand summary judgment be given to the buyer.
