Appellees, A. P. Shirley, F. B. Olcott and F. C. Nichols, a co-partnership doing business as Shirley, Olcott & Nichols (hereafter referred to as respondents) brought suit in the circuit court of Cook county against the Ellis Drier Company, a corporation, for commissions and application for summary judgment, supported by the affidavits required by statute and rule. Affidavits in opposition thereto were filed in the case. Upon consideration thereof the circuit court entered judgment against appellant for the sum of $2042.78, being a part of the amount for which suit was brought. This judgment…
