David Salma filed a cross-complaint against Daniel J. Capon which alleged, among other things, causes of action for conversion and intentional interference with prospective economic advantage. Capon filed a special motion to strike these claims pursuant to the anti-SLAPP (strategic lawsuit against public participation) statute, Code of Civil Procedure section 425.16.
