Fort Worth Heat Treating Co., Inc., formerly Ellwood City Heat Treating, and now Advanced Metallurgical Technology, Inc., appeals from the May 5, 1993 judgment entered by the Lawrence County Court of Common Pleas following a jury trial. The jury found appellant hable to Ellwood City Forge Corporation, appellee, in the amount of $162,500 plus prejudgment interest on a breach of contract claim.
