The defendants, Maria Carrasco (Car-rasco) and her husband Jose Ortega (collectively defendants), appeal from the denial of their motion to vacate a default decree that foreclosed their right to redeem ownership of a tenement house currently owned by the plaintiff, Pleasant Management, LLC (plaintiff).
