In December 2007 plaintiff Kevin Kasten filed this civil action alleging that defendant Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics Corporation’s decision to terminate plaintiffs employment was a form of retaliation against him in violation of 29 U.S.C. § 215(a)(8). Jurisdiction is present. 28 U.S.C. § 1331. Currently before the court is defendant’s motion for summary judgment, which will be granted.
