Elaine Valerio appeals from the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Appellee Putnam Associates, Inc. (“Putnam”). Valerio sued Putnam under the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq. (“the FLSA”), and Massachusetts law, claiming that she was entitled to excess pay for overtime hours worked during her employment with Putnam, and that she was terminated in retaliation for requesting such pay.
