There was no error in overruling the offer in evidence of the declarations of the plaintiff below as to the amount for which he had sold his interest in the Indiana county property conveyed to him by the defendant. They were offered for the purpose *265of showing that the property was worth much more than that in Cambria county conveyed to the defendant by the plaintiff.
