This is an original mandamus proceeding instituted by E. S. Swann and C. G. Sehulle, composing the partnership of Swann-SehuIIe Company, as relators, against Hon. C. A. Wheeler, Judge of the District Court of Travis County, Texas, 53rd Judicial District, and C. E. Milstead, as respondents, to compel the entry of a . judgment in Cause No. 51021, pending in said district court.
