SMITH, Chief Justice.
The motion is in the form of petition for writ of mandamus, to require Honorable James S. Graham, judge of the 103rd Judicial District in and for Cameron County, to render judgment for relator, as plaintiff below, upon the findings of a jury returned, accepted and filed in the trial court.
The suit was brought by relator, Mrs, Friske, against Roy R. Stevenson and Ismi-el Montalvo, to recover damages for the wrongful death of her husband, which resulted from a collision between a “Chevrolet coupe” driven by the decedent and a motor truck owned by Stevenson and driven by…
