LOONEY, Justice.

This is an original application for a writ of mandamus commanding Hon. Roy-all R. Watkins, judge of the Ninety-Fifth judicial district court of Dallas county, to enter judgment for defendant, in conformity to the verdict of the jury rendered on the trial of cause No. 100457-A, pending in said court.
