MEMORANDUM OPINION WITH ORDER ATTACHED
Defendant has moved this Court for an order granting summary judgment pursuant to 5 V.I.C. App. I Rule 56, on grounds of lack of personal jurisdiction under the Virgin Islands long-arm statute, 5 V.I.C. § 49031 and alternatively, under the doctrine of forum non *252conveniens, 5 V.I.C. § 4905. For the reasons set forth below, the Court finds that defendant is subject to personal jurisdiction under subsection (a)(2) and declines to exercise its discretion to dismiss this action under the doctrine of forum non conveniens.
