This suit was instituted in the district court of Harris County, Texas, by Myrta Williams and others, plaintiffs, against South Texas Development Company and others, as defendants. Of the defendants named several were residents of Harris County and two were residents of Montgomery County. All of the defendants filed what have been designated “pleas of privilege” to have the suit tried in the district court of Montgomery County.
