Kilday, Judge:

Appellant was arraigned before a general court-martial convened at Myrtle Beach Air Force Base, South Carolina, charged with adultery, unlawful cohabitation, presenting a false claim, and communicating a threat, in violation of Articles 134, 132, and 127, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 934, 932, and 927, respectively. He was found not guilty of the threat offense but guilty of the other charges and specifications, and sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement at hard labor for six months, and reduction to the grade of Airman Basic.…
