The named Plaintiffs, Dale Campbell, et al., filed this suit as a potential class action pursuant to the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq., as amended by the Older Workers Benefit Protection Act of 1990 (OWBPA), 29 U.S.C. § 626(f). (Doc. no. 1).
