This matter comes before the court pursuant to plaintiffs’ March 10, 2008, motion for conditional certification of a collective action pursuant to the Fair Labor Standards Act [dkt. 21]. Defendant resisted plaintiffs’ motion on June 13, 2008 [dkt. 32], to which plaintiffs replied on July 9, 2008 [dkt. 41], On July 31, 2008, plaintiffs filed supplemental authority in support of their motion, i.e., a decision from United States District Judge Mark W.
