In what was apparently a divorce suit in which the plaintiff filed the bill and the defendant a cross-bill demanding affirmative relief, although there is nothing in the abstract indicating that a decree of divorce was rendered, it seems that on November 18, 1920, the court made an order pendente lite that the plaintiff pay into court $100 for the maintenance of the defendant during the progress of the suit and $150 additional to cover her attorney’s fees.
