CRANE, Chief Judge.

A jury found Arthur L. Gollaher, Jr., guilty of one count of rape of a child less than fourteen years old in violation of § 566.030 RSMo (Cum.Supp.1993) and one count of sodomy of a child less than fourteen years old in violation of § 566.060 RSMo (Cum. Supp.1993). The trial court sentenced him to consecutive terms of 25 years imprisonment on each offense. Gollaher filed a Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief which was denied without an evidentiary hearing. Gol-laher appeals the judgments of the trial court and the motion court. We have consolidated these appeals.
