Clinton P. Parker (“Appellant”) appeals his convictions for statutory rape in the first degree, a violation of section 566.032, and statutory sodomy in the first degree, a violation of section 566.062. 1 Following a jury trial, Appellant was sentenced by the trial court as a prior offender, pursuant to section 558.016, to two concurrent terms of seventeen years in the Missouri Department of Corrections.
